Driver Bits

I know you're not supposed to use standard driver bits on an impact driver but can you go the other way and use impact driver rated bits on a combi drill/driver?
Also, can anyone recommend a good, but not overly expensive, set of bits for both impact and combi? No need for a full set of different sizes that I'll never use, probably just the commonly used PH2 and PZ2 bits.

The impact bits are just stronger so you can use them in a normal driver no problem2

yes you can, but I also use standard bits on an impact driver, whatever I have at hand tbh and have never ever had a problem.1

I don't use impact driver and I don't like impact bits. They are made from softer steel, are much easier to damage than good normal ones and don't last as long.
