Draft defence for court claim - any feedback?

Thank you! I am currently completing the form, following the advice given in the newbies thread. There is a question that isn't covered in the advice though - D1 - do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing? Should I say yes or no? If I say 'no', I have to give a reason - the examples they give are that there are factual disputes which the judge will need to hear directly, or that the issues are so complex they need to be argued orally. I don't think these apply to my case, but will I be disadvantaged if I say 'yes'?0

Do not go for 'papers only' ! I have just filled one of these in, and said 'no'. My reasons included that the case had complex issues that might need further explanation. There is a thread on this by @Grizebeck which I think can help you with actual wordingThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2
