Using the underground with through rail ticket

Indeed that ticket will be valid on the underground no issues. 15-20 minutes is the time it takes KX/Waterloo via Victoria and Bakerloo lines with easy cross platform interchange at Oxford Circus. Note though depending where you enter the tube at KX you may end up in an endless tunnel with a long walk which will add to your journey time. If you can enter at the Euston Square entrance in front of KX station rather than the one nearer St Pancras which will save you some walking time.1

Actually I meant Euston Road, the original KX entrance before they built the extension.1

Just an update for those who were kind enough to make helpful suggestions..
i completed my journey successfully. No trouble with the ticket at all.
Only two problems. My train was 12 minutes later getting into St Pancras, but by some miracle I made my connection at Waterloo with a minute to spare! The other problem was people. Just too many of them getting in my way! So glad I knew what I was doing though. And a couple of people showed kindness. One lady pointed me to a seat on the tube, though I declined as I needed to stay with my case. Then a man behind me asked if I needed any help with my luggage, but I assured him I could manage. I am obviously not as decrepit as I look, and boy, did I move fast when I needed to.1 -
Glad it went well. I find in general people will often offer a seat to you on the tube, including in one case an eight year old girl - 'for you...'. Obviously with luggage it is sometimes not so easy though.1
