I would leave the hall where you had it, possible put in a bigger window/door where the back door is. You’ll then get that sense of view where you walk into the house and look straight through into the garden.

Make your bedroom by the front door with the walk-in wardrobe. You barely  notice after a few weeks.

Four of you in the house? Kids have their rooms to work/study/chill in. Make the 4th bed and/or living room into your workplaces.

failing that, how big is your garden? Can you fit an office in it?

I've got a bungalow, but it was built with an upstairs (yes, I know, I know - nobody knows what to call this type of dwelling; when I bought it, the estate agent was marketing it as a 'chalet').  My point is, that you'll have roof space upstairs for at least one bedroom and en-suite, plus quite a lot of handy under-eaves storage.

Yes, you'll need space for a staircase, but it looks like you have the room for one.

As others have mentioned moving bathrooms around on the ground floor is a major pain in the backside because it'll probably be a concrete floor.
