I have since recieved a reduced settlement from BW legal for £60 (down from £160) which I assume would cover their legal fees. So my question is should I pay it?
    No.

There are no legal fees.  You owe nothing.  This is unacceptable.

Roboclaim 'legals' operate on a 'no win no fee' basis for PPCs.

Reply to BW Legal robustly (sarcasm is fine, these are not solicitors who deserve any level of respect, IMHO) and tell them you will obviously win in court as the case has evidence of loading and the parking firm's client wants it cancelled.

As such, this case isn't even arguable that a parking charge is due and the position of the defence will be even stronger than Jopson v Home Guard (a persuasive appeal case they will be familiar with) so the charge must be cancelled.

Finish by urging them to take a leaf out of their roboclaim rival in the well reported 'race to the bottom' (MP's phrase in Parliament) DCB Legal's book - who constantly discontinue well-defended claims - and to close the case and save their client wasted time and costs on a meritless claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There was no breach of terms.

The PCN should never have been issued.

Why on earth would you even consider paying this?

Tell the building manager that the PPC/solicitors have refused to cancel the charge, so you will need her/him to appear as a witness if this isn't cancelled.

Nothing to do with us mate we contract the management out so you need to get in touch with them, alerntivly you could

Tell the building manager that their agents olicitors have refused to cancel the charge, so you will need her/him as primncipal as they are jointly liable for the acitons of their agents  to appear in court  if this isn't cancelled where they ( building manager) could face aditional charges as well
