Claiming tax relief for working from home when both employed and self employed

I have income from both employment and self employment and I'm trying to do my self assessment for 2021-2022 but the calculation it's giving me for tax owed is £62 more than what it should be for basic tax at 20%. I'm assuming this is something to do with the work from home tax relief but I can't figure out exactly what to do. In my employment my tax code is 1228L, which I think means that I already get the tax relief through my employment.
On my tax return last year I put in £312 in other expenses under employment to get the WFH tax relief as my employer hadn't added it via the tax code. If I put the £312 on the current tax return it gives me the correct tax owed, but does this not mean I'm claiming WFH tax relief twice?

It is the Self Assessment return which finalises matters.
Tax code 1228L does not mean anything specific other than you have total tax code allowances in the range 12280 to 12289.
And you hadn't applied for or received Marriage Allowance. And weren't Scottish or Wealth resident for tax purposes when the tax code was calculated.
But how the 12280-12289 is made up is only known to you and HMRC. Could have included WFH expenses but equally it might not have.

Your self assessment return has to include all your income and expenses, including WFH. Not including it means that the tax calculation doesn't include it, so the tax is £62 too high.1
