Please be careful if you're looking to arrange a direct cremation. Especially be wary if you are considering to use Farewill. I recently experienced a very poor service for them when my partner unexpectedly passed away. There was a catalogue of incidents which caused further stress on top of an already very difficult time. The only positive was eventually recieving (almost) 50% refund as compensation.
