tsb travel insurance (account benefit) - query?

does anyone know if the travel insurance as part of the tsb silver enhance account is still valid post brexit? I can see they no longer offer this type of account, but I still have an active account & pay the monthly subscription. Also is covid covered. The most up to date documents I can find online relating the the travel cover are 2017.
Just wondering if I need to take out seperate insurance (EU destination)

There should be contact details somewhere in the information about insurance.  You really need to ask them.

In the past, claims of mis-selling have been upheld when customers were unclear about insurance details of accounts with benefits.
As a result LBG are almost obsessive about telling me about every little detail change to the travel insurance part of my Platinum account.

I don't use TSB but is there nothing on this page?

Why do you think the insurance would be invalid?

Still not getting why you think that may make a difference? Do you live outside the UK? Was the underwriter for the policy outside the UK?

I may have been strongly against Brexit but it didn't stop the world spinning or randomly change insurance policies.

The policy is written by Aviva and so a UK insurer, you are presumably living in the UK and therefore Aviva would be appropriately licensed to sell insurance to you. Europe is defined in the policy and is independent of the EU or EEA (we are after all still in Europe in many senses, no one has managed to work out how to move the island yet) and so Brexit wouldnt change that.

If it has not been updated since 2017 I would take that as good evidence that the terms have not changed.

The Silver Account Terms and Conditions page on the link you have provided says 'Information correct as at 1 January 2022.'
