Sure the Sun blocked by the woods in the morning, also the neighbour house is in very special position, it block its sun in the afternoon, so it is beautiful dark house with a high price, it left on the market for 7 weeks, but one day a dude will buy it, LOL, I will never touch this kind of house. Paid hours to find out its real problem.0 -
The available sunshine was also important to us and we walked away from several properties because they were compromised in that respect. Ironically, as I type this, I have the curtains closed against the setting sun! However we've had the benefit of it since around 8am.
