I've used them without any issues and currently have 5 rolling fixed term bonds on the go.
Yes, deposits and withdrawals are a bit laggy, but nothing that can't be planned for.
So don't use if you want INSTANT access rather than their "easy"access accounts.
I most like not having to set up new accounts with all the individual providers.
But others will disagree.How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.98% of current retirement "pot" (as at end April 2025)1 -
I have one account with them now and one closed account.With Raisin, they offer deals from lots of banks etc and you pick the one you want.The money you deposit goes to their bank as such, through Starling bank and then to your new savings account.This takes 2 days from memory.Then It will show in your new account.Check here first, for best rates.This site is a good tool to find the best deals, just un tick the Show quick links first box.

I have used them a few years ago but only to get the sign-up bonus. This worked well.
Since then, they never offered any rates that I couldn't get elsewhere, and never had market-leading rates. Therefore I have not had reason to use them again but if they offered something compelling enough, I wouldn't hesitate using them again. I am not attracted by the concierge service they offer - I'd rather pocket the money myself.
Others had different experiences, and there have recently been a number of adverse reports on this forum. If you search the forum, you can see for yourself whether you would want to proceed regardless.0 -

But others will disagree.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.2
