Leaders management agency new fees

Hi All,
I currently rent a property and have the used Leaders top 'premier managed' for a number of years. They have been pretty good, although been easy money for them as the same tenants have been in for 7 years now, and are no trouble at all and have just renewed last week for another 12 months.
My fees to Leaders work out at £205 a month for £1300 rental and I have recently got an email saying a new 'Compliance Fee' is being introduced at £13.20 a month!!

After the mortgage on this and tax etc I'm hardly making any profit and feel they are taking the you know what with this new fee, that is already dealt with in the original T's and C's.

I expected to see this being discussed on the web, but no mention of it anywhere and am fed up of Leaders doing this so tempted to go to a smaller local management firm, but not sure what fees I will incur, or due to this change of terms and conditions does this mean I can end the contract with no fees?

Look forward to your advice!!

If you have loyal good tenants, is there anyway you can rent it to the tenant direct?

No, had some dodgy tenants when I first started renting and was very happy with the service I got then, that small company was bought by Leaders and not only has the personal touch now gone, the costs seem to go up monthly. This new made up fee has tipped me over the edge

Just be careful of having them organise any work with tradesman. They charge a 16% commission to trades for any work that gets done which ends up being added to your bill.
