EonNext

My account with eonnext is £1913.61 in credit and they have agreed after a long battle to refund £1200. I have been told this morning that there is a technical issue preventing refunds. Has anyone else had this problem

I would guess that as it's over £1000 it has to go through an approvals process which will require someone higher up the food chain to ok the refund...

I haven’t experienced this myself, but E.on next are a nightmare to deal with. Lots of excuses as to why they can’t do things.

If they are not budging, write to the CEO. There was someone on the forum who recently had a good outcome by doing so.
