Claim against me for not paying attendant

Hi,
I have read through the newbies post and searched the forums but can't find anyone else in a similar position.
I am being taken to court for apparently not paying the parking attendant when I did. This is hard for them to prove and hard for me to prove otherwise. Who is the onus on? Myself or them?
Also the car park that they are saying I parked in I can't seem to locate it now, so I suspect a building has been erected on top of it.
What is the best course of action now? I will argue it in court as it is unfair as I do remember paying the attendant

Do you have a County Court Claim Form?
If so, what is the Issue Date on it?
If you have filed an Acknowledgment of Service, upon what date did you do that?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

The onus is on them, the claimant, to prove their case.
BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”
Please then tell us here that you have done so.3
