Can no longer contact help, not even live chat?

I keep going round in circles and the only option I get is a bot. Is it because it's late or is it impossible to even chat to a rep anymore? Someone's opened a wrong item received return but in  the comments said it's not received. Tracking shows as delivered which is probably why they couldn't open the right case? I can't defend the tracking because the case is asking me to accept return for refund. I've added a comment to buyer saying tracking is showing delivered but what's going to happen to this case? Have a feeling it will close against me if I just leave it now, I could tick return for a refund as he has nothing to return but he could return any old thing and then i'll be down a postage label charge on top of the item.

Live char is definitely still there , just choose random options until it comes up, I just tried it and got through using the ‘appeal a defect’ option, but a lot of other options work as well. 

If a SNAD case is open then you will need to do something otherwise it will close , buyer will get a refund and get to keep item. If you can’t find live chat at least try calling the buyers bluff by accepting the return and issuing a label. If they don’t return it you don’t pay for the label and don’t refund.
