Indeed I too have banks that work paperlessly but, of course, they still have to send a physical card by post and I have no objection to that. Any customer who doesn't want to use the card at all can surely just shred it for security purposes, throw it away and advise the bank accordingly? At least it ensures that the bank has validated your postal address.Daliah said:
