Case in favour of Claimant for not attending due to Covid

Hi, I had a parking ticket claim against me and submitted all the documents on different stages of case. On my WS I mentioned that I will not be able to attend as I have Covid. Course decided against me for not attending. There was no option to attend over the phone or online. Even court didnt allow to submit documents over email or online. I tried calling many time but no one attended call on Birmingham Justice center nor responded to emails and now after a month I have been given few days to pay 400-450 to pay for the case I was expecting it would be in my favour. Are there any option for me where I have no way to contact the court except letter and no response ever received.

Email the court to complain that you did advise the court that you would be unable to attend.
Show us the Order.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This received today. As there are few days to pay so I wrote email to Claimant about details to make payment, should I hold payment to hear back from court, as this court didn't responded to email and phone is never attended. Another point to note is that the Claimant once missed the deadline to submit questionnaires and was given further time then again missed the deadline of submitting the WS, I received it 2 or 3 days before the hearings and was dated about 6 days before hearing.0 -
Those are points you should have made at the hearing.bitbibit said:Another point to note is that the Claimant once missed the deadline to submit questionnaires and was given further time then again missed the deadline of submitting the WS, I received it 2 or 3 days before the hearings and was dated about 6 days before hearing.
Yes I know you didn't attend, but a late supplementary Witness Statement could've been filed.
Too late to bring up that stuff now.
Anyway, late Direction Questionnaires are tolerated - from both a Claimant or Defendant.2
