So, with your last claim that is continuing, have you learnt from that error and this time can you assure us you have read the NEWBIES thread 2nd post and know about Witness Statement and Evidence stage?
Otherwise our advice isn't going to help you...
As for the one with the default CCJ, you have no grounds to set that aside.
I'm sorry but pay it in full this week. Get rid of it. As the court clerk correctly said, you could have emailed your defence (which is what we advise anyway) and MCOL issues were irrelevant.
Third time lucky with the ongoing claim?
I hope so. But you need to be far more prepared.
YES - you are likely to win the 3rd one, if you read the NEWBIES thread second post and the section in red capitals headed IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.
Unless you want to lose again (which I am sure you don't) you need to know that you cannot just bung on a defence then sit on your hands, not read the court letters properly and just rock up to a hearing. As you found out with the BW Legal case.
As the NEWBIES thread clearly tells all Defendants: defence is not your only job.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
