For some strange reason Ebay have taken away the facility to mark as despatched. This is so frustrating as I always like to keep my buyers informed. The only way you can do this is if you buy postage via Ebay.

Everything is fine in my accounts, just marked all my large letters that I posted this morning as despatched. Nope, logged back in and def no option to mark as despatched. The only place it shows is in “Other Actions”, but when I select it I get the message in red “ We ran into a problem. Please try again later”soolin said:
