DCBLEGAL letter of claim

Hi, I’ve just received this letter of claim from DCBLEGAL (see attached). I have ignored all other debt collection letters. The original PCN (£80) from First Parking was appealed as it showed that I was parked from 19:08 to 21:50 and the parking charges in the car park only apply between 8am and 7pm. Should I continue to ignore or is there anything else I should be doing. Thanks in advance.

You will find all the advice you need in the NEWBIE sticky, which is one of the announcements on the first page of the parking sub-forum, you need the second post in that thread/discussion. Do not ignore, this is a proper letter of claim. You do not, however, need to fill in their forms and particularly not their financial statement.1

Yep, the clear advice is not to ignore a LBC.
But you'll know from reading the thread by @Umkomaas what happens in the end with well-defended DCBLegal court claims!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What happened when you complained to the landowner and your MP?
Get photos of the site and signage. Where did the alleged event occur? It may have cropped up here before.
