I'm not involved with any installations in the UK. I used to install off grid systems for charities in 3rd world countries in a previous life, which is likely why I was able to get along with the Light Renewables team.Harry1986 said:

QrizB has clearly had an unpleasant experience and is quite keen to share this. While I don't dispute this at all, none of the dozen or so installations I have recommended have experienced any issues to date. I do recommend precautions with all PV installers based on my own experiences, which I am happy to share.

And dont forget to check whichever company you choose has appropriate accreditation - check the accreditation websites dont rely on what the company tell you.0
