Where about are you from and will you be able to quote with sunpower pannels
I'm not involved with any installations in the UK. I used to install off grid systems for charities in 3rd world countries in a previous life, which is likely why I was able to get along with the Light Renewables team.

QrizB has clearly had an unpleasant experience and is quite keen to share this. While I don't dispute this at all, none of the dozen or so installations I have recommended have experienced any issues to date. I do recommend precautions with all PV installers based on my own experiences, which I am happy to share.

I'm not certain they will quote for SunPower but will gladly ask if you'd like me to. Feel free to DM me.

    -  Viessmann 200-W on Advanced Weather Comp. (the most efficient gas boiler sold)

Feel free to DM me if I can help with any energy saving!

My experience wasn't great, admittedly, but unlike @ed110220 they didn't leave holes in my roof!

Screwdriva is not a solar installer. He had a good experience with an installer called Light Renewables, who are cheap but others experiences have been mixed.
Definitely not cheap for me. :) Then again no one has been cheap, but I have a fourth quote coming soon and then I can compare.

And dont forget to check whichever company you choose has appropriate accreditation - check the accreditation websites dont rely on what the company tell you.
