Intrest on our savings accounts

Should we expect to get a increase on interest rates on our saving's accounts with Nationwide as the interest rates keep going up.

What we expect and what we get are two different things. :)

Given Nationwide's track record and current rates, I don't think we should expect too much? Then we won't be disappointed!

I got an email last week about their increases. Still nothing to get excited about & no reason to open a new account with them.

With a few exceptions for regular savers and its FlexDirect current account, for a while now it's been Nationwide's policy not to offer leading deposit rates so I wouldn't hold my breath for anything good.

If you move to Virgin Money you can definitely get paid 1.7% on your savings. I doubt Nationwide will be close
