Are 'FLOW' a good car insurance company?

Just been using the MSE car price tool and cheapest by app £50 is 'Flow' but I have never heard of them.
Anyone used them? I know car insurance can only be 'judged' on how they deal with claims- I am hoping not to have any but anyone had to claim?

Flow is a sub brand of LV/Liverpool Victoria which is now owned by Allianz (for general insurance)

Most people dont make a claim so whilst it is a key way of judging an insurer there are others factors too... more people make changes to their policy each year and so how easy and costly is that? How easy is it to contact them? How good is their cover?

Flow I believe are an online only provider so no option to telephone them for non-claims matters... some people are happy with that and others dont like not being able to have a conversation.

Flow are the comparison site brand of LV (Aviva's is  GA) and I've always had good service from LV, including a no fault claim a few years ago.  However after the no fault claim LV tried to fleece me for cover for years so I never used them again.

However, the cheapest for me on comparison sites this year was Flow and I would have used them, but when I looked at the detail they don't include driving other cars third party cover on their policies so it was no good for me.

My husband wanted to  take out a policy with Flow, the price was very good, but they sent him an 'activation code' to copy and paste into their 'registration page'.  We couldn't find this registration page anywhere.  My husband emailed them and it was no help at all, so he cancelled and is now looking elsewhere, shame it was good value.
