Converting one foreign currency to another

I've been using a Revolut card as we went to Sweden and to France this year. Marvellous, and I haven't had a Krona or a Euro in my hand or pocket on either holiday. Good for exchanging from one currency to another. My OH had one as well so we knew we had cover if one card was lost (and can transfer via phone if one card was lost), and a spare card in case Revolut went down. I'm sure there are similar services available. Appreciate it's a bit late for the OP, but worth bearing in mind for future.0
