Teletext Holiday Problems

Booked a holiday via Teletext then got moved to they booked flights and no accommodation. Due to their liquidation despite
chssing for a year for hotel accommodation confirmation they only spoke to me 30 days prior to travel to inform me there was no accommodation booked at their error and now they won’t refund the flights. Can anyone advise please. Getting hold of this company is A JOKE

Your claim should be against the Travel Trust Association, is that who you have been making a claim against? If so, and you are getting nowhere, and you had an ATOL Certificate, and it sounds as though you booked a package holiday so you should have the Certificate, contact the CAA at the address on the front of the Certificate and tell them that you are getting nowhere with the TTA.
