A question about a Lichfield claim please.

BB driver has received multiple PCN's and has paid some (£510) as a result of intimidating letters. They have now received a claim for a further £510 which is £170x3.
My question is does anyone think that they should counterclaim for the £510.00 that they have already paid assuming that the contraventions are all the same.?
This is all due to the change over from council to Excel.

Yes, I would, plus another £1000 for damages for distress, harassment and breach of the DPA 2018 and the Equality Act 2010 and the PFHA.
