Having tried everything mentioned above, several times since it was posted and getting nowhere, I finally got it to submit. Can't promise anything, but here's what I did: I copied and pasted the link instead of clicking it or dragging it, I typed all the answers, instead of using autotext, and I ticked the 'yes please' box to send me their stuff. It worked, first time.
