So, I've asked the neuro oncology nurse and she said as it has been confirmed as a Grade 3 astrocytoma so they can't provide a DS1500.
However, a generic letter in support they can provide however as the advisor said it's probably standard rather than the power a DS1500 has.
SR1, he confirmed, is useful to have for a UC as advised previously in this thread.
No harm in seeing if the GP can supply the DS1500, if not will apply as normal and hope the SR1 can help at least with applying for UC.0
