Problems with Chase!

Took me four tries to login to Chase today. Every time I had to photograph my Driving License and take a selfie. Tried calling support but didn't get much. Kept getting emails saying "couldn't register your new device". Decided if I did manage to login I would close the account. Finally got in but when I tried to close the account I couldn't, I kept getting "try again". After trying again five times I've given up. I'm currently waiting for a call back. I've got better things to do!

Tried to make a transfer around an hour ago. Nothing moved and got a text saying there was technical problem please call. Was told just that, tech problem they hope to resolve in an hour or two.

Possible your troubles are related.

I thought that the driving license/selfie check was just part of the ID checks they carry out when you first sign up. Were you trying to log in as an existing customer or create a new account ? Were you actually trying to log in on a new device this time, or was that just an error ?

No issues at all with Chase today.

Have logged in, moved money both internally and externally, and used debit card for transactions.
