Finding a lost Iva completion certificate
I’m really struggling, I’ve lost my Iva completion certificate from 2005 (when I received it) and I have just found that my house has a restriction on it that the Iva practitioner hasn’t removed. This is now preventing us Re-mortgaging our home.
The Iva company doesn’t exist anymore so cannot get hold of the practitioner so we are stuck in limbo , what can we do

A generic certificate can be downloaded from the internet, or you can make one yourself, you would need to populate it with the correct information.
Can you remember the date it completed, and who your IP was ?
You will need the completion date, the name of your IP, and the name of the court your arrangement was granted in.
