I need help!

I have had a county court notice. I have followed the instructions on the form to complete the ‘Acknowledgement of service”
I wish to defend the claim. When the parking tickets were issued I was advised to ignore them. I’ve tried following all the advice on here, but can’t find anything specific to my case.
I’ve registered on the “money claim.gov” and tried to fill in the form on there. I have entered the claim number and password, noting the details carefully (upper, lower case letters etc) but it simply won’t recognise them!
I’ve tried to fill in the form on-line but it won’t let me type anything. I’ve downloaded adobe reader and a document saving app thing, but now I’m so completely stuck I don’t know what to do!!
I work in a hospital and I DID park in an area I shouldn’t have (doctors and administration staff only) but it was that or not go to wok!
Please can someone help an old, desperate technophobe?

You can always ring the CCBC and tell them that your password appears not to be working on MCOL but you want to acknowledge the claim, ask them: can you do that by email please in order to extend the time period to defend.

The second post of the NEWBIES thread tells you how to defend.  Your defence will not include this:
I DID park in an area I shouldn’t have (doctors and administration staff only) but it was that or not go to work!

What's the date of issue on the top right of the claim?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did you enter the claim number and password previously and already do the AOS? If so, scroll down to the bottom of the login page, and it will be listed under the "Claims made against you." Under "Claim Number" is a clickable link which will allow you to access it.

I had the same issue with the claim number and password, it wouldn't work and I typed it correctly many times but when I scrolled to the bottom of the page, it was listed there and that's how I got access to it again.
