Trapezoid shaped space between adjacent cars but over marked bay

Hello all
I’ve had a look through the ‘Newbie’ section but can’t find anything that answers my question.
I’ve received a PCN for £100 from Premier Park due to ‘occupying more than one parked bay’. The car park is a retail park and is free. The parking space was on a corner so is not your orthodox parallel lines, more trapezoid. Due to the adjacent vehicles parked at different angles, and to avoid the car door being struck, the car was parked equidistant between them which left the rear offside wheel over the marked line. If the vehicle was parked aligned to the marked bay the driver of the vehicle on the left would have had significant difficulty accessing their door. So the vehicle was intentionally equidistant between the adjacent vehicles but slightly over the marked bay.

I assume the template appeal is the first step but should I add anything about the mitigating circumstances of it being a corner space and therefore reasonable to park equidistant between the adjacent vehicles? I will also try to gain support from the retailers if possible.
many thanks.
many thanks.

Don't add anything.
You can of course remove the line about pay and display machines but that almost goes without saying.
The template appeal is designed to be put in online on day 26 after what I assume was a windscreen PCN.
But PLAN A in the NEWBIES thread is NOT 'appeal'. Not first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Many thanks Coupon-mad. That was the answer I was after from the person in the know. No windscreen PCN. Unfortunately received on day 14 in the post.
I will be following Plan A first but just want to get my ducks in line.
Thank you for helping.1
