No ratings or feedback on Facebook Marketplace

Hi,
I have sold numerous items the past months on Facebook Marketplace - but zero ratings or feedback. I can click on others and see their ratings but nothing for me.
I usually mark an item as 'pending' before someone collects it and 'sold' when they collect. Through the Facebook app on my Android mobile or on my Windows desktop PC.
Sometimes I get asked whilst browsing listings if I bought a particular item, but even if I choose 'Yes' I've never been asked to leave any feedback for anyone else.
Is this something to do with privacy settings? I've tried checking but I can't see anything amiss. Really puzzled.
