The order was issued by District Judge Falvey at Crown Building Rivergate Peterborough

Wow.  That's about 60 miles away from Luton, so a different court area? This is GREAT.

We know District Judges do talk to each other because loads of different court area Judges used to strike cases out using the same wording for a year, until BW Legal persuaded a (we would say credulous and uninformed) Circuit Judge to deliver a judgment stopping the strike outs.

Have I posted here that there is something coming up that needs all victims' attention?
