Obviously the WS bundle is emailed to the local court hearings email and the C's solicitors (and certainly NOT TO THE CCBC IN NORTHAMPTON).
From a quick look at this thread it seems the example WS you mention has now been removed?
Any other examples for me to look at please?0 -
I think the last version of the WS from aphex's thread was around the 12th of June. It was never submitted because the case was discontinued before it got that far.

Pretty sure it hasn't, and obviously you don't stop reading at his first draft - and nor would you be using his first draft. You just read his thread and find his final version, not his first effort.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, thank you so much for your assistance so far. I still have a few days to submit.
I have now included a redacted first draft of my witness statement in the original drop box. I have yet to append the exhibits but have listed and referenced them in the main body. Please can you provide feedback as to what is missing / weak etc.
I have clear daylight photo of the car park which show some of the limitations I describe but also show the signs more clearly, however the claimaints own photos are in the poor lighting at the time and don't show them well. I am conflicted whether or not to include my own photo of the entrance and the very small and unlit, yet present, disclaimer separating the properties.0 -

Was this a question or statement? If question yes - I was the driver, the defendant is my wife who is registered keeper.0 -

Where can I find the email of my local county court please? It's not on the Notice of Small Claims Track. Also when is the deadline on the date in question, there is no time deadline as there is for the Claimant Court Trial Fee.
Many thanks!0 -

Many thanks! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Because you have on occasions stated "I" in connection with the Defence/WS I just wanted to clarify the situation for the forum:-"I have yet to submit my WS bundle. Looking for assistance in looking through my own defence and their WS please!" - you posted 20th DecemberVarious regulars have posted as though they are under the impression that you are D:-"You wrote your defence so you will have to write a witness statement (WS) that backs up and supports what you wrote (and with evidence).""If you haven't done your WS yet, use this chance to pick holes in their evidence. Base your WS bundle on the one finalised by @aphex007 on their thread which you can click to in 2 clicks."
