Global payments do it again !

I have a small business and we use Global payments for our credit card sales. I’ve just been checking the bills to complete my vat return and discovered that, even though I completed the PCI compliance in February, they have charged a non compliance fee of £75 for May and June. This isn’t the first time their software has messed up but the worrying thing is that if I hadn’t spotted the overcharge they wouldn’t have told me. I appreciate that this isn’t applicable to the general public but if there are any businesses that use them it’s worth checking you haven’t been charged incorrectly as well. I await a refund and, hopefully, some compensation too !

Use a different credit card company.... Zettle, SumUp etc?
