Problems with Octopus Renewables and Ecovision Asset Management

Hi there,
I am trying to find if there are any people out there in the same position as I am. Last year we moved in to a house with Solar Panels that had been leased out. The current owner of these panels is apparently Octopus Renewables Limited (I understand they bought the portfolio recently from Lightsource). The panels are managed by Ecovision Asset Management. Our panels have not been working since April. We called Ecovision who promptly sent an engineer who then filed a report about the repairs that needed to be made. The details of these repairs have been sent to Octopus who are simply not authorising them.
I am completely unable to get any information from Ecovision or Octopus as to why this is the case but I understand that we are not the only ones waiting for repairs to be authorised. Is there anyone out there is a similar position or who might be able to advise me on what to do?
It seems so pointless given that Octopus are presumably earning no money from non-functioning panels. As you can imagine, going from paying zero for our electric bills to paying more than a hundred pounds a month is absolutely crippling us.

What does the lease agreement say about the timescale for repairs and your continued right to free electricity?Octopus may indeed be losing FIT income but it might have concluded that the cost of repair has been over-estimated by Ecovision. A common problem is an inverter failure at about the 10 year point which I would expect the lessor to have built into its calculations.0
