E.On Next keep revising and re - issuing my bills for nearly the whole year

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing this with E.on Next:

Changed to smart meters in April this year, then ever since then E.On Next keep creating new bills at random, basically crediting back all my payments then recharging then some how coming up that I owe them more money.

The bills now are a complete mess with pages of credits and recharges.

I have spent two days talking to them over the phone and by DM on twitter.

I swapped tarrifs in February this year (2022), at one point they were trying to back charge me to August 2021 at the new tariff rate.  They also didn't know what date I had changed to the new tarrif and had to ask me!!!

I came to E.On Next in August last year after being transfered to them after our supplier went bust.  I previously was with E.On next until April 2021 when I left them to go to a new supplier who went bust.

E.On next have even tried to link my current account to my previous account (which was closed and had a different account number).

I have manually (using a speadsheet) put in all of my units uses, tarrif, standing charge etc fort he last year.  I cannot get E.ON NExt's bills to reconcile; they say I owe them nearly £200, I come up with a figure that they actually owe me some money (about £20), so we are about £200 adrift.

I've asked E.On to reissue me "clean bills" showing usage and charges back to August 2021; they seem unable to do this.  In case you are wondering I have always provided meter reading, normally monthly; none of the bills should be based on estimates.

Is anyone else experieincing this?  I've told them last Friday they have until this Friday to resolve otherwise I will report them to the energy ombusman.

Thanks
