Please could someone assist with this...I counted the word school at least 6 times including the title (and 7 if you include the image), but the options are 1, 5 or 15...any ideas?!

They've used the word including, maybe it should read excluding.
Just a thought, but that would take the total down to 5.

I chose 5, as either way you look at it the word isn't used 15 times and is used more than once
