I know that switching isn't worth doing at the moment, but I'm currently with Utilita and I need to get away from them. They've lied to me, they're stealing my money, they're rude to me when I contact them and well, basically, they're not a company I want to do business with.

I'm on prepayment at the moment for both gas and electricity. I'm happy to pay more if I have to do that to escape from Utilita. Is anyone taking on new prepayment customers at the moment?
