Newcastle Airport(again)

Received this absolute classic the other day. 'Unauthorised parking' apparently. I can only assume its because the vehicle has 8 passenger seats and there is a lane for Minibuses and Vans (even though 8 passengers isnt actually classed as a Minibus). Even so, Newcastle Airport only 'advises Minibuses use that lane'. Everyone drops off in the same place. Which then is actually a drop off/pick up zone, so not sure how i can be parked. Even then, i didnt receive one for doing the same the week before.
The only other breach i can think of is that the machine i went to at the barrier wasnt working, so had to reverse back and go through the one next to it.
I've had to deal with a Byelaw breach at Newcastle airport a while back, so i'm aware of how relentless these herberts are. So is it just a case of sending an appeal? It doesnt mention a Byelaw breach and if they are coming after me for reversing back to another machine and paying, surely their cameras would have seen this.
Thankyou,

Just appeal as keeper. Your post is full of 'me' and 'I' so don't make that mistake in the appeal. You can see it's a non POFA PCN from the wording. Airports are not relevant land.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That PCN is not POFA compliant.
In particular, this sentence is nonsense...Please be warned: that if, after the period of 28 days beginning with the day after that which this Notice is given, (i) the amount of the unpaid Parking Charge specified in this Notice has not been paid in full, we will have the right to recover the parking charge amount that remains unpaid from the driver of the vehicle. The word 'driver' in there makes it nonsensical.
If indeed there is any legitimate claim, then of course they do have the right to chase the driver.
That means that as long as they do not know the driver's identity, then they have no-one to chase.
It should also be remembered that airports are typically covered by byelaws - you maybe need to check on Newcastle Airport - so again the keeper isn't liable for anything parking related that the driver might do.
