1. The Promoter of this competition is Heaven of 13a Market Place, Shifnal, TF11 9AU. 

2. Entries must be submitted in the formats specified in the entry form/social media posts. Only one entry per person. Heaven reserves the absolute right to reject any incorrect or incomplete entries. 

3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, for whatever reason.

4. This competition is open to residents across the world, except employees of Heaven and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

5. If participants have entered a competition previously and won, they can still win again in another competition.

6. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

7. Heaven has the right to extend or cancel this competition at any time without notice, or to amend these terms and conditions if it is reasonable to do so or if unforeseen circumstances arise.

8. At the discretion of Heaven, spot prizes will sometimes be given before the competition end date. 

9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

10. Heaven reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value. 

11. The winner will be selected at random.  

12. Winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the end of the competition. Winners have 5 days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.

13. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win.

14. Heaven will not accept responsibility for lost through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

15. If you are a winner, Heaven (the Promoter) may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.

16. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other participants will only be used by Heaven for the purpose of administering this free competition, including prize fulfilment and announcing winners. Personal data will not be passed on to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

17. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of Heaven is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

18. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook/Twitter/Instagram. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter.
