Have only some people had a website upgrade? Someone else was missing this info too.I get to it like this, but I'm wondering if mine is the old system (website only, I can't find find it on the app)...

Looks like you are on the old system.
The new system is awful, missing meter readings history, missing previous bills and it now appears that the smart meter settings cannot be accessed. Probably more missing information.
Since the new website upgrade my electricity account has gone £200+ into debit, previously I was always in balance.
Just wish I could get away from British Gas, seems impossible to change companies that will offer a SVT?1 -
Same here. Smart meter readings have disappeared on "new account", and in the fact the "first reading" for the new account is a very incorrect estimate even though all readings on the old account were correct from smart meter. The only place I can track my usage is now on the smart meter monitor itself. Everything says it's correctly connected and transmitting data, no smart meter faults reported, just no way of seeing it via the new BG site and they keep saying a new app is "coming soon". Why launch the new system before setting up the app, which is something I used regularly, also to claim rewards and stuff which apparently I won't be getting any more.

The issue with all your smart readings might explain the "it's a known issue, we're looking into" messages I got on chat, when I tried to get them to reconnect my meters to the WAN. Ahh.They stopped getting/pulling readings from my meters when I changed tariffs in June, which preceded all their "updating" faffs in July.Don't know why my account is still on the old system, but I'm not looking forward to it being moved and messed up.0
