LINE COMPETITION:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “KISS and Sundown Festival online Competition (the “Competition”).

These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details. 
Ten winners will then be selected from all the entrants who answered correctly via an electronic random draw.

The winners must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid and new winners will be selected.

The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from Monday 22nd August 2022 and contacted by KISS and/or Sundown Festival and be told how to retrieve their prize.

 

2. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

Online entry is free.

3. DATES

Start Date and End Date.

From 09:00 on Friday 12th August to Sunday 14th August at 23:59 2022 (End Date)

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Open to UK residents aged 14 years or over on date of entry.

Sundown Festival is open to anyone aged 14+ but the following conditions apply:

Anyone aged 14 or 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+. 
There is a limit of one under 16 per adult aged 18-20 and a maximum of three under 16s per adult aged 21+. 
Any adult accompanying an under 16 must have ID.

Anyone aged 16+ must bring ID and may enter the festival unaccompanied. 
Sundown does not accept any parental or guardian duty for children attending the festival and strongly advise that they have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before attending.

Sundown only accept the following forms of ID:

o Valid Photo Driving Licence

o Valid Provisional Photo Driving Licence

o Valid Passport

o Valid PASS card from the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme – this is the best form of ID to bring if you don’t want to bring a valuable document. More information on how to obtain your card can be found here

ID must be original. 
No copies or photos will be accepted. 
The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the entry requirement.

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

5. THE PRIZE

-  10 x pairs of Weekend Camping Tickets to Sundown Festival 2022

Please note there is no travel included in this prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

It is the responsibility of the winners to make their way to and from the festival.

KISS and Sundown Festival are not responsible should the winner miss the festival.

The prize will be provided by Sundown Festival.

You must provide photo ID to obtain your prize.

KISS is not responsible for non-admittance to the event for any reason.

OTHER CONDITIONS

DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS

By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS

Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

One entry per person

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

You are responsible for all costs of entry.

You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control
