Item not as described and PayPal filed in my favour

I recently bought a of shoes online and they were not as described. PayPal filed in my favour and refunded. What do I do with the shoes as I did say I will send them back if the company send me a return label. It is based outside europe. Can I just give them away to charity shop.

I'd message them again asking for a return label. Ask them to let you know what you should do with them if they don't want them returned.
They may well say up to you orceven ignore you, but it's best to ask specifically.
May you find your sister soon Helli.

I’d also give them a time frame , ask for a response and a return label by XX date otherwise you will take it that they would prefer you to destroy or donate the item.
