Posting on behalf of my father. He has a problem in topping up his SSE smart pay as you go meter. They aren't able to top up in a PayPoint store of Post Office. As he isn't comfortable topping up online, how can he overcome this? SSE aren't accepting that they have issued dud cards. has anyone else experienced problems topping up a Smart PAYG meter through conventional methods (i.e. walking into a shop and paying for credit). ? Or is this an isolated case.
