Parcelforce Return Label

I ordered a small low value item (around £15) on ebay and it came via 2nd class large letter post.  The problem is the item that they have sent is not what I ordered.  I guess I should have looked at their ebay feedback details (95%) before I ordered from them.

The seller has said they made a mistake in the listing and that can't send me the right item and if I want a refund I have to open a return request on ebay and they will refund me only when they receive the item back.

I have done this but the return label ebay have sent says Parcelforce 48 on it.  Can I just put this in a postbox, or do I have to go to a Post Office counter with it?
