Second Zopa Account on same Phone

I want to open another Zopa Smart Saver Account on the same phone in different names, after speaking with Zopa they tell me it is possible with a different email address.
They said to just log out of the existing account and then it will ask you to log in or sign up, well all I can see when I log out is the option to enter code or fingerprint or forgotten password.
Before I go back to Zopa has anyone managed to get two accounts on same phone, am I missing something here?

I don't have 2 separate ZOPA logins so I can only guess: in your settings, have you got "sign in with fingerprint" enabled? If so, disable it and see whether that lets you do what you want to do.

Thanks for the suggestion unfortunately it didn't work, it just removed the figerprint icon on the enter your passcode page.

I only have one account, but a thing you could try would be to select 'forgot password?' - this then asks for an email and password - could you use this to sign in to the second account?

    EDIT: typo

In which case, I would suggest you were told porkies by ZOPA CS, and it isn't actually possible to run accounts for two people on one phone. It's an unusual request, fraught with privacy and security issues, anyway. Best get a second smartphone.

Unfortunately that doesn't work either as I would need to actually open a second account to use the forgotten password option.

I don't think it would be possible for two accounts to use the same app on one phone as the device is registered to the account upon initial signup when installing the app.

Yes that is what I am thinking, as Daliah said they are telling me porkies, have gone back to them on chat to see what they have to say..

Yes they have finally agreed it isn't possible to have two accounts on same phone although two of their staff thought it was possible until I questioned it 3 times...

Is it by any chance a dual simm phone? I have a phone working on two different networks - I'm not running two different Zopa accounts on it but I'll guess it's possible...

Unfortunately not a dual sim phone and yes I would think that would work.
