No Fix from British Gas

Both my gas and electric are with British Gas, but having come in from different suppliers seem to be separate. I was offered a fix in June for my electric, which I took, but never been given a fix for my gas. For some reason the online quote system doesn't work for my gas and not had a response from them when asking to fix.
Not really sure what my options are other than stay on SVR.

Ring them and ask if they can be "joined up" on the fix you have for electricity maybe?

I'm in exactly the same position, with my gas fix ending this month. The leccy fix that I went to last month is not available for the gas, and the only gas fix on offer is dual fuel only and much higher.No free lunch, and no free laptop
