British Gas - Accessing billing information prior July 2022?
I am with British Gas for both electric and gas. I need to access my billing for pre-July 2022, British Gas introduced a new website during July and it appears that there is no access to any billing prior this date. Any idea if this is correct? or is there a way to view these bills, readings etc.?

I can still see all my bills, since SOLR'd, under 'Billing', which pre-date July 2022 and all my meter reads under Meter Readings up until 16th July BUT my account doesn't look like other customers' who post here. It may be that you will have to get onto CS, (I find BG webchat easiest for getting hold of someone), and request that they send copies of bills etc. to you.
In the meantime I'm going to take a screen shot of all my meter readings as it sounds like BGas have system migration issues.
