What is a realistic amount that usage can be reduced to?

My electric usage per year for 2019-2021 was 1,800kwh's per year for 2 people. From September 2021 to now (a month away from Sept 22) my electricity usage is 1,100kwhs and I'll use 80-90 over the next 20 day's, so 1,200kwh's for the year.
I've reduced this by turning the HiFi (amp and cd player) tv, sky box, DVD player, PC, PC monitor, microwave, washing machine and toaster off at the wall whenever I'm out of the house, in bed or not using the above.
If I work that 600 kwh's saving into the projected price increase in October that's a £280 saving for the year.
My gas usage was for 19-21 12,000kwh's a year, last year knowing the prices would go crazy I made an effort to cut right back on my heating by only manually turning it on to take the chill off the air. This year I've used 3,500 kwh's of gas, I realize it was a mild Winter but my quality of life barely changed it was just a case of having the heating only for me which seemed a waste, or wait for both of us to be in the house and be comfortable together then sit under a blanket and watch TV.
How far you can cut back is down to you and the others in the house, you will hit a point where you cannot pass... For example I cannot get my electric usage below 85 kwhs a month, because I still watch a bit of tv, use an oven once a week, use a toaster 4 days a week, boil a kettle once or twice a day and the fridge freezer needs to be on all the time.
The next steps for me to reduce my electric usage would be to buy a more efficient fridge freezer, buy a smaller TV and get rid of the sky box (which I use as freeview) and get rid of my HiFi which gets 1-2 hours use a day. Alternatively I could look into solar panels and storage which I can't quite get my head around yet, then I could be off grid, but screwed if I the sun is not out.
